In 2025, Beckley Retreats is entering a period of expansion and growth in terms of geography and program offerings – while aiming to elevate brand storytelling, deepen community engagement, optimize digital performance, and expand global reach.
THE ROLE: PART-TIME GROWTH COORDINATOR
We are seeking a detail-orientated, hands-on, and performance-driven Growth Coordinator to execute critical marketing and sales initiatives as the organization begins to scale. This role will be vital in maintaining momentum across earned, owned, and paid channels, supporting content marketing, events marketing, demand generation, marketing and sales campaigns as well as VIP and influencer collaborations.
The Growth Coordinator will work closely with the Strategic Growth Director to elevate brand presence, generate leads, drive application volume and quality, and ensure strong performance across marketing and sales campaigns.
This is a highly collaborative, execution-focused role requiring comfort with dynamic startup environments and strong prioritization skills.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMarketing Execution
- Lead execution of the 2025 growth plan, prioritizing owned, earned, and paid acquisition.
- Lead content marketing including social media, blog, video-based storytelling, newsletter, and VIP testimonials.
- Drive SEO on Google and YouTube.
- A/B test messaging and positioning that leverages brand standards, company goals, and safety standards.
- Create, test, and execute outbound growth initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize paid search campaigns (with agency support as needed) while improving lead quality and reducing CPA.
Performance Optimization & Funnel Management
- Identify and implement CRO (conversion rate optimization) initiatives across the customer journey.
- Support CRM-related marketing and sales optimizations and automation
- Monitor KPIs (applications, registrations, CPA, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights.
- Launch and maintain ongoing growth tests with distinct, concrete goals tied to business objectives.
Content and Brand Storytelling
- Steward compelling and educational content across platforms (social, blog, PR, YouTube, podcast, webinars) to enhance positioning.
- Create educational and community-building experiences, including collaboration on Beckley Talks, event experiences, retreats content, and pop-up activations.
- Collaborate with Beckley Foundation on leveraging research and media opportunities.
- Update website and create landing pages as needed.
- Conduct outbound campaigns that align to Beckley’s strategic positioning and brand voice.
Agency and Vendor Management
- Coordinate with external partners including PR agencies, paid media vendors, and SEO/content agencies to ensure aligned and timely deliverables.
- Manage third-party relationships to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and deliverables.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in wellness, travel, or mission-driven startups.
- Strong background in growth marketing, brand storytelling, lead generation (incl. outbound), and performance optimization.
- Comfort managing CRM (Hubspot preferred), web content (WordPress), and revenue operations.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple initiatives with tight timelines.
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
- Strategic thinker who can also operate tactically and execute quickly.
- Passion for personal development, wellness, and/or the emerging psychedelic space is a strong plus.
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude required.
- Bonus: Experience with luxury travel/wellness and/or retreat marketing.
COMPENSATION
This is a part-time, contract role. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and scope of work.
