Back2Back Music is a Brooklyn-based artist management and creative services company working across artist management, live booking, and digital marketing. Our roster includes Jend, Paccu, Taha Malki, Moon Boots, Jana Diab, Bondo, Josh Goode, and Patrick Linehan.
We’re looking for two interns to support day-to-day operations across our management and marketing functions. Responsibilities include assisting with campaign tracking, content and asset organization, task management in Notion, and supporting digital marketing efforts across our roster. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants real exposure to how an independent management company runs.
Ideal candidates are comfortable with Notion and Google Suite, interested in the music industry, and detail-oriented. Experience with Claude/AI tools is a plus. Familiarity with fan account management or music content creation (fan pages, edits, etc.) is a strong plus but not required.
This is a remote, unpaid internship. Hours are part-time (15-20 per week)
