Specializing in aerosol whipped toppings, freeze pops, various drinks, and gallon water, we require a professional capable of innovating packaging solutions that are functional, sustainable, and appealing to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development: Create packaging designs for aerosol whipped toppings, freeze pops, drinks, and gallon water, emphasizing innovation and market appeal.
2. Material Selection: Select appropriate packaging materials and methods, prioritizing product safety and efficiency.
3. Testing and Quality Control: Conduct extensive testing to ensure packaging meets our high standards of quality and safety.
4. Sustainability Initiatives: Develop environmentally friendly packaging solutions.
5. Collaboration: Work with teams across product development, marketing, and supply chain departments.
6. Supplier Management: Manage relationships with packaging material suppliers and service providers.
7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all packaging complies with food safety and regulatory standards.
8. Project Management: Lead packaging development projects from concept to market launch.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in packaging design and development, preferably in the CPG or food/beverage industry.
• Proficiency in CAD or similar packaging design software.
• In-depth knowledge of packaging materials, processes, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
