Ivy+ Just in Time Virtual Career Fair 2026
Connect with organizations offering both jobs and 2026 internships at the Ivy+ Just In Time Virtual Career Fair. This event will take place on Thursday, April 9, from 1-4pm ET.
Eligibility: Open to current Harvard College, Harvard Graduate School of Arts & Sciences students, and Harvard Extension School degree students. An @harvard.edu email address is required to register for and attend this virtual event hosted on Handshake. Please note some organizations may be targeting specific class years.
See the list of registered organizations, and note that new organizations continue to be added on a rolling basis.
The event will be hosted online using Handshake. Please note that it is best to take several steps IN ADVANCE of the April 9 date.
TASKS IN ADVANCE:
- Register for the Fair in Crimson Careers & Handshake beginning March 9.
- Make sure to your profile includes a “School Year” to note your class year when you register for Handshake in order to be eligible for the career fair. This can also be updated under Settings > School Year.
- On/After March 9, sign up for one-on-one and/or group sessions with the organizations that interest you
- Refer to this video (beginning at 0:59) for a quick tutorial on signing up for one-on-one and info sessions.
- Note you will need to update your privacy settings and select the “Community” privacy level if you wish to attend one-on-one sessions.
- If you don’t see available sessions, be sure to “follow” the employer to get updates regarding openings in their schedule.
Any restrictions that the employer may have set up (like class level) will expire 48 hours before the fair begins. So be sure to check back to see if slots have opened up!
- Check back for new organizations added on a rolling basis
- Get your resume ready and reviewed by an Advisor to add to your profile before the Fair
