Bloomberg 2026 Women in Data Forum
“At Bloomberg, our Data Management Professionals use programming, data modeling, and statistical methods to transform raw market data into structured, high-quality datasets used by clients around the world.
The Women in Data forum is a two-day immersive experience designed for students interested in a career at the intersection of data, finance, and technology. You’ll gain firsthand insight into how Bloomberg Data teams acquire, process and standardize the vast amounts of market data delivered to our clients.
What to Expect
Over the course of the program, you will:
- Connect with business leaders and recruiters to learn how the Data department powers Bloomberg products
- Gain mentorship and career guidance from Bloomberg professionals
- Participate in technical and behavioral interview preparation as you launch your career in data
- Explore our Princeton Campus and experience its unique contribution to Bloomberg’s culture
- Strengthen your professional and interpersonal skills through networking and development activities
- Learn about the positive impact Bloomberg makes around the world through Bloomberg Philanthropies
Program Requirements*
- Currently enrolled in a U.S. accredited university with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2028**
- Willingness to commit to biweekly, 1-hour virtual mentoring sessions between March and May 2026
- Must be available to attend the full two-day, in-person program (March 12-13)
*While this event highlights the experiences of women in data, all eligible students are welcome to apply.
**Priority will be given to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computational Finance, or other STEM-related fields
