Career Preview

Career Preview is a chance to really see what PwC is about, how your major fits in at the firm, and begin a professional relationship with PwC employees invested in your personal and professional growth.

PwC’s Career Preview is a three-day experience designed for high-performing individuals who are in the freshman year of a 4-year degree program, the sophomore year of a five-year degree program, or are currently attending community college and meet the eligibility requirements. Career Preview is an excellent opportunity for you to confirm your college academic path and your career objectives, and to become better acquainted with PwC. As a participant in this three-day experience, you will work alongside your peers to learn about yourself, the world of professional services and our firm.

As a Career Preview attendee you will have the opportunity to:

  • Enhance your learning of the professional services industry and PwC.
  • Build your network of PwC professionals and college peers across the United States.
  • Develop relevant professional skills through experiential learning.

PwC currently is not hiring experienced or entry level job seekers who will need, now or in the future, PwC sponsorship through the H-1B lottery, except as set forth here.

About the experience

During this three-day immersive experience you’ll:

  • Learn about various career paths within the professional services industry and specifically at PwC.
  • You’ll develop your professional skills through interactive sessions and hands-on activities.
  • Experience our inclusive culture while building your professional network.

Program Dates: June 23 – 25, 2025

Program location: Orlando, FL

Eligibility guidelines

PwC’s Career Preview is a three-day experience designed for high-performing individuals who are either:

  • currently pursuing a bachelors degree who are in the freshman year of a 4-year degree program or sophomore year of a five-year degree program or
  • currently attending community college, with plans to transfer to and complete a bachelors degree program between December 2027 and August 2028
and
  • self-identifies as a member of traditionally underrepresented group in the professional services industry (Black or Latino/Hispanic)

For the Tax and Assurance experience, individuals will complete the 150-hour credit requirement and plan to pursue CPA eligibility between December 2027 and August 2028.
