MongoDB: Women in Computer Science Summit

Undergraduates & Masters Students:

“At MongoDB, we recognize that a diverse workforce is the best way to broaden our perspectives, foster innovation, and enable a sustainable competitive advantage. Our ‘Women in Computer Science Summit’ is a virtual early identification opportunity for students who are passionate about exploring a career in software engineering. Students who identify with an underrepresented gender in the tech industry including, but not limited to, women and non-binary, are encouraged to apply.

The Summit application process leads to an interactive day of learning and culminates with the chance to interview for our Summer 2026 Software Engineering internship. At the virtual Summit event, attendees will experience a unique opportunity to connect with current MongoDB employees and leaders to discover the steps of a successful software engineering career path!

What is the process?

  • Apply to the Summit (by early May)
  • Complete and pass our Recruiter Phone Screen interview
    • Chat with a Recruiter to discuss your interests and motivations
  • Complete and pass our Karat Technical Video interview
    • Live interview to evaluate your technical skills
  • Attend our virtual Summit on My 15th 2025
  • Complete our final round interview in September for the summer of 2026
