First Years:

“The Consulting Kickstart program was originally established as an avenue to provide initial exposure and a chance to learn about a career in professional services to undergraduate students whose backgrounds are often underrepresented in the profession. We welcome Black, Hispanic/Latin American and Indigenous students who are first-year (freshman) undergraduate students in the US and Canada at a four-year university to join us for an interactive, virtual series. You’ll gain exposure to business leaders and the exciting world of consulting. Upon completing Consulting Kickstart, if you are excited to pursue an additional exploratory program at Bain, you will have an opportunity to interview for our Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) second-year program.

Application deadline for the Consulting Kickstart program is April 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM PT.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH:

We’re pleased to host Bain’s Consulting Kickstart Program, a virtual diversity program designed to provide first-year (freshman) undergraduate students with insight into what it means to be a consultant, what a career path at Bain might look like, and who we are as a firm.

  • Learn how we help innovative companies overcome some of their biggest challenges
  • Hear from business leaders and connect with other undergraduate students through a series of virtual sessions
  • Have an opportunity to interview for Bain’s 2025 Building Entrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) Program

Programming will take place across May/June. Exact dates will be provided to those who are selected for the program.
