Ossie Davis once said Any form of art is a form of power; it has impact, it can affect change – it can not only move us, it makes us move.”  The creative arts provide an impactful space for self-expression, creativity, and social impact through inspiring and educating others. Careers in the arts include performance (actors, dancers, musicians, singer-songwriters), direction and composition (choreographers, composers, directors, writers), technical aspects (sets, lighting, sound), or visual design (graphic designers, title designers, photographers, animators). These roles often intersect—costume designers, for instance, contribute to both visual and technical domains, while writer-directors and performer-choreographers are common hybrids within the industry.
