No appointment needed. Stop by anytime the Smith Campus Center is open: Mon-Fri: 7am – 10pm, and Sat-Sun: 8am – 10pm.
Open to all Harvard University affiliates, including students, staff, and faculty.
How it Works:
- Enter your Harvard email address. Follow the prompts on the screen or scan the QR code to control the booth with your phone.
- Adjust the stool’s height and distance so you are in frame.
- Take your three pictures- and retake one if you’d like.
- Select one photo to edit in the booth- AI Enhancements and Backgrounds are only available during your photo session.
- Finish your session- your photos will be emailed to you within minutes.
If you don’t receive your photos, check your spam/junk folder for an email from noreply@irisbooth.com. - Make additional edits online, including cropping, filters, and blemish removal.
- Download your photo(s) for use on LinkedIn, for passports, and more!

Data, Privacy, and Security:
• Photos are processed via Iris Booth and emailed directly to the email address entered at the beginning of your session.
• The system does not permanently store your images on local Harvard servers.
• Administrative access is used only to ensure appropriate, policy-compliant use.
• Harvard will not use your photo for any other purposes without your written consent.

How to Dress:
