Consulting Application Deadlines

Consulting application deadlines are coming up for MBB (McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company, and The Boston Consulting Group) as well as a few other firms with summer 2025 application deadlines.

Please note that many firms will not have application deadlines until this fall (or have not yet announced their deadlines).

  • Intern: June 23 (recommended deadline) & September 3

  • Full-time: rolling process; applications open June 27 and close August 18; interviews start in July

  • Full-time: June 22 (recommended deadline) & August 17

We will add summer deadlines here as we learn of them. We also recommend setting up saved searches in Crimson Careers and following employer websites and LinkedIn pages for updates.

Application Prep Resources: 

• MCS Resume & Cover Letter Reviewathon: On June 18, 1-3pm ET, have your resume or cover letter reviewed by an MCS advisor over Zoom. Sign ups will begin June 12. Each appointment is 10 minutes in length, which is just enough time for one document (either your resume or cover letter).
• MCS Drop-In Advising: Students can join a virtual drop-in on July 1, 2 or 7 from 11am-1pm ET to have their resume or cover letter reviewed.
• MCS Resume & Cover Letter Page: Find additional resources, including MCS resume templates.
• MCS Firsthand Advisors: Reach out to an alum for a resume review.
• MCS 30-Minute Advising Appointments: For students looking for more individualized advising or to have more than one document reviewed.
• Consulting Recruiting Q&A: Watch the recording from May 2025 to learn more about recruiting timelines, applications, and interviews.

Case Interview Prep Resources: 

• Case Questions Interactive (free through MCS): Marc Cosentino, author of Case in Point, has compiled resources and practice cases for students to access online.  
• MCS Firsthand Advisors: Request a mock interview from an alum with consulting or related experience, and to access the Vault Guide to Case Interviews.
• Management Consulted Free Case Interview Prep Course: “This course will give you insight into what you need to know to ace the case interview, and it will give you a solid foundation on which to build the rest of your preparation.”
• Fast Math Resources: Access free tools like a Quantitative Assessment Quiz and Mental Math Exercises put together by Matthew Tambiah 
• Case Questions Video Vault: “Learn by watching. You have access to fifteen videos, ten case starts and five full-length interviews with Marc Cosentino.”
• Case Questions Exchange Platform: “Exchange was developed for students from around the world to practice cases with their peers from other schools. When you register, your personal information will be protected. Members will be able to sign up to give or receive cases with students from other schools. You can request to be removed from the list at any time.”
• Summer Consulting Case Practice Sign-Up Sheet: Add your contact information to the sign-up sheet and reach out to others to start practicing.
