Denmark

Germany/Austria and Switzerland Programs
- EU Blue Card – As a skilled worker with a university degree recognized in Germany, you will be issued an EU Blue Card if the employment you want to take up matches your professional qualifications and you can present a contract of employment certifying a gross annual salary of at least 48,300.00 EUR in 2025. The period of employment must be at least six months.
- Congress Bundestag Youth Exchange for Young professionals is a fellowship that annually provides 65 American and 65 German young professionals the opportunity to spend one year in each other’s countries, studying, interning, and living with hosts on a cultural immersion program.
- International Traineeships for English speakers in Germany after graduation.
UK High Potential Individual Visa
Harvard is one of the eligible universities for the UK High Potential Individual (HPI) Visa. The HPI Visa allows eligible recipients to stay in the UK for at least 2 years. PhDs are eligible for 3 years. (Please note, if you are studying in a graduate program in the UK, then you should instead apply for a student visa.) The UK is home to several top companies across multiple sectors including Cisco, GSK, Microsoft, BAE Systems, IBM and more.
