Three private rooms are available to reserve Monday-Thursday, 9:00am-5:00pm, in the basement level here at MCS (54 Dunster Street, Cambridge). These rooms can be reserved for multiple purposes—interviews, important tests (LSAT, GRE, etc.), test prep, or professional conversations. Each space is equipped with wi-fi, a desk, computer chair, and lamp. Outside of the rooms there is a white noise machine to ensure the privacy and focus of your time. If you are interested in touring or booking a space, a member of our team is happy to help you. Please email mcs@fas.harvard.edu sharing the date and time that you anticipate needing a space. From there, a member of the MCS team will confirm the availability of the spaces and whether a room can be reserved for you. On the day you have a room reserved you are welcome to come by MCS early to enjoy a complementary cup of coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.

If you are booking a room for an interview and have questions ahead of time, MCS has many interview resources. You also are welcome to schedule an appointment with an advisor in the sector in which you are interviewing. To schedule an appointment, log into your Crimson Careers account and click on the “Advising” tab, then click on “Advising Appointment” on the left-hand menu bar. Then click “Request New Appointment”. You can select the name of an advisor to see their available appointment times.
